Job Description: Semi Voice process
Role requires to call up insurance and patients for follow ups and assisting Medical practice front desk staff in appointment scheduling and Insurance pre-approvals
end Operation Support for customers follow up processes
High-level written and verbal communication skills with coordination skills
Assisting and supporting management.
Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Location East Street- Camp
Experience 0-3 yrs
Shift Timings – US Time 4.00 PM – 1.00 AM
