Job Description: –

To achieve day today shift production targets and send daily report

To maintain Safety, 5S, TPM and Quality management system on daily basis

To lead the shift operator team for improvement programs and Kaizen including implementation.

To work under guidance of Manager-Operations to execute various improvement programs

To maintain shop floor discipline and strict adherence to company policies and report deviations on timely basis.

Responsible for failure analysis (internal failures and customer complaints) and plan to reduce No of failures.

Responsible to improve productivity and cost reduction on shop floor.

To update ERP transactions related to production and monthly stock checking activity.

To act as Emergency leader during silent hours.

To work in cross functional team including QA, Safety, Planning, HR, SCM to deliver results

To maintain cleanliness, safety, discipline at all levels in the designated work place.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Location : Ranjangaon, Pune

Experience : 6 – 8 Years

Qualification : Only Chemical Company Experience Preferred.
