Candidate should have experience in sourcing tools & techniques such as social media, LinkedIn etc, preferably IT Exposure.
Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospects for new business.
The candidate should have solid verbal and written communication skill
Familiar with Applicant Tracking System & resume database source potential candidates from various channels (job posting, social media, professional platforms, etc)
Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation.
Interview candidates (Via Phone, Video, and in-person)
Follow up on interview process status and update records in an internal database.
Advertise Job Opening on Companys career page, social media, Job Boards, and internally
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
