Job Location – Dhole Patil Road

Miniumum Experience – 8 to 10 years

Qualification – MBA /BCOM/MCOM

• Responsible to attend and complete requirements received promptly from the management regarding the accounts department.
• Coordination with banks in connection with the bank requirements, submission of information, documents, reports or other things as per the terms agreed in sanction letters and timely completing the same.
• Responsible for Monitoring the cash balances for all branch offices, taking requirement of petty cash and monitoring the balances. Monitoring that the Cash withdrawals and to check that the petty cash expenses are booked in time.
• Monitoring that the procedure laid down in connection with the cash expenses, cash advances or other cash related matters is followed and correct and report the deviation if any to Management immediately.
• Responsible for monitoring the Bank balances on daily basis. Taking care that bank accounts are reconciled on daily basis, clearing the suspense accounts, on account receipts and payments on every 15 days.
• Taking funds requirement from all departments, matching the requirement with the report for all the creditors and incorporating the same in the budgets prepared.
• Preparing the budgets for every month and following the progress on weekly basis and communicating the difference on weekly basis.
• Monitoring the due dates for all the statutory payments and following the same and reporting the failure immediately to management for prompt corrective actions.
• Monitoring the other due dates of important payments according to payment calendar like electricity bills, bank installments and interest, salaries and wages, rent payments, credit card payments etc.
• Communicating the details of release of payments to the respective departments like Vendor payments to Purchase department, release of salaries and wages to HR department, Management payments to Management etc.
• Preparing MIS on monthly basis and submitting the same on time.
• Monitoring the work being done by all the staff in accounts department and devising proper reporting system to take the work reports from them and guiding them in case of difficulty faced by them in executing their work profile given.
• Monitoring that the accounts related records are maintained in order and kept the same in safe place for future reference.
• Completing the ledger scrutiny on Monthly basis for accurate and timely closing.
• Monitoring the compliance related to Tax audits ITR filings and liasoning with the statutory auditor.
• To assist in collections of funds from debtors.
• Coordinating with statutory and internal auditors or other external agencies for all accounts related matters.

• Coordinating with other departments regarding all the account related matters in connection with the Plant.
