Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients, including individuals, businesses, institutions, and government organizations interested in architectural services. Develop strategies to engage and convert prospects into clients.

2.Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitive landscape. Use market insights to inform business development strategies and improve our service offerings.

3. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders in the construction and design industry.

4. Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand the firm’s network. Establish connections with potential collaborators, partners, and clients.

5. Client Retention: Ensure client satisfaction and work on building long-term client relationships. Monitor ongoing projects to address any issues and identify opportunities for additional services.
