Job DescriptionIndependently handling end to end execution of procurement processHandling sourcing through identification of cost effective suppliers for procurement with an aim of improving quality & reliabilityReceiving the request from Users and fine tuning Purchase Requisition (PR), if neededCreation of Final Purchase Requisition and checking details of PR for completeness/accuracyCheck and refer whether any rate contract existsSearch and discover vendors (existing and/or new) for a PRCreate Request for Quotation (RFQ) and share with vendor/(s)Coordinate between vendor and users to ensure technical queries are clarified and accurate offers are obtained.Arrange technical review with end user and coordinate with vendor for revised offer, if anyStudying, making thorough comparison and compile Comparative Statement (CS)Negotiate after analysis of the quotations & execute Reverse Auction with vendors in a transparent mannerEnsure compliance to Delegation of Power (DOP) laid down for a particular vertical of JSW including Floating emails for approvalsCreate Purchase/Work Order (PO/WO) and share with vendor and take care of subsequent amendments, if anyTendering suggestions to continuously improve systems and processes around procurementFollowing up till the materials are delivered and services renderedUndertake follow up processes for verification of E-way Bills, delivery Challan, Work completion certificates etc.Escalate issues, deviations and non-compliances to concerned teamAiding development of potential vendors, if neededInitiate the creation of Vendor Master, Price Master (including creation of Stock/Item and Service Codes) and ensure regular updating of the Masters
