We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Support Executive to join our team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through chat and voice for our clients during the night shift. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Responding to customer service emails, live chats and Phone Calls (outbound & inbound)
• Maintaining day-to-day entry of customers for reporting.
• Should have a US accent
• Able to work independently yet a good team player and a quick learner.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times
• Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and accurate handling of customer inquiries and concerns
• Communicate customer feedback and suggestions to the appropriate departments
• Sales experience would be an added advantage.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or customer support role
• Proficient in English language with excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with customer support tools, such as chat and voice software, and CRM systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work the night shift

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
