what you will do?
be the product owner driving our strategic product and technology vision for our suite of CRED pay consumer products
invent the future by talking to customers, looking at the data, and building products that our users will love
own the consumer journey and recommend the ideal user experience
work with other categories and products to drive traffic and shape demand while solving multiple business objectives (discovery, cross-sell, adoption, retention, monetization etc)
be responsible for building and executing new initiatives and roadmaps
manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond
use data, creativity, and experimentation to constantly improve the product experience
work with designers, engineers, marketing, and partnerships to deliver products
you should apply if you:
have 4-7 years of core PM experience working on building products or problem-solving in a consumer tech domain
have relevant product experience in consumer products, building for delightful app experiences
are consumer obsessed and have the drive to build products with an insight first approach
are data-oriented, have exceptional analytical skills, and believe that everything can be measured, since “what gets measured gets improved” eventually
are humble with an audacious get-it-done mindset, resourceful in your element going from 0 to 1
are comfortable with ambiguity, believe in first principles, and have the skill to transform broad ideas into action plans
have a high bias for action
are exceptional at cross-functional stakeholder management
have the business acumen to appreciate and understand levers for business growth and profitability
seek high ownership, independent environments and feedback oriented cultures
