About the Role

• Network Engineer involves in designing and implementing new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks. Installing, configuring and supporting network equipment including routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS and DHCP

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks
• Installing, configuring and supporting network equipment including routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS and DHCP
• Configuring firewalls, routing and switching to maximise network efficiency and security
• Maximising network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting
• Working experience with 802.1x, Radius, TACACS+, firewalls, security policies, access lists.
• Expert level knowledge in Load balancing solutions.
• Expert level knowledge of analyzing packet captures Protocol analysis (wireshark/Chrome Dev tools)
• Experience working with Cloud Infrastructure (AWS or GCP or Azure)
• Procuring network equipment and managing subcontractors involved with network installation
• Arranging scheduled upgrades
• Investigating faults in the network
• Updating network equipment to the latest firmware releases
• Reporting network status to key stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field with 3 to 6 yrs of relevant experience
• Strong leadership experience in delivering large scale network solutions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong team player who enjoys a mix of autonomy and collaboration-based delivery
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, commitments, and projects
• Ability to influence, lead, and drive consensus on multiple technical views
• Self-motivated, directed, and passionate
• Ability to learn very quickly in a fast-paced environment
