Join us as AM Senior Strategic Risk Manager for an outstanding opportunity to drive within Asset Management the integration of Risk Management across risk stripes, lead cross-risk reviews, drive cross-governance enhancements, establish, and run the Risk Appetite framework, deliver Stress Testing results for internal and regulatory purposes, perform overall risk identification for decision making and oversee capital limits for illiquid Investment exposures bank-wide. We are looking for a VP with the following skill set: § 10 years of professional experience in enterprise risk management or across different risk types (e.g. market/credit/liquidity/business risk) § Good understanding of the risk appetite framework, scenario analysis, scenario design, execution and stress testing, as well as calculation of typical risk metrics used by various risk areas § Ability to work independently and contribute to regulatory deliveries and present in regulatory forums § Good knowledge of BASEL III/IV RWA methodology, LRE and Balance sheet analysis § Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with risk modelling and scenario expansions techniques is a plus § Proven ability to successfully deliver projects taking ownership while managing a range of business partners and working under tight deadlines § Work experience in Asset Management, Investment Risk for Illiquid Exposures (including securitized products) is a plus § Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively § Academic degree in finance, accounting, mathematics/physics or engineering Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives Job: Risk Management* *Title: *AM Strategic Risk Management #227507 Location: India-Mumbai-Mumbai Requisition ID: 227507
