This position is responsible for managing the systems that support master data management using Oracle Data Relationship Management (DRM). The individual will be expected to support and enhance production processes, design and develop solutions as needed by the business, document processes and procedures, code, test and implement the solution within the applications abiding by the guidelines of the governance program. You are expected to possess the below skills: * 5 years of experience in design, analysis, development and implementation of Oracle DRM, master data management strategies and tools and in Oracle Hyperion Data Relationship Management (DRM) and Hyperion Data Relationship Governance (DRG) solutions * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. * Expertise in using DRM for managing users, properties, verifications and validations, handling system categories, node types, migrating DRM metadata, working with formulas and transaction requests. * 4 years of database development and maintenance activities (DDLs, SQL, ETL processes, scripting) for Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata. * 2 years in a data governance, data steward, and/or business process performance function. * Excellent proficiency in dimensional modeling techniques (both Star Schema and Snow-Flake Schema) * Proficient in optimization of dimension building and data loading. * Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) best-practices and methodologies, with an emphasis on the Agile methodology * Proficient in developing Use Case Model, Analysis Model, Design Model, Implementation Model. * Experience with BI technologies and concepts, such as OLAP, RDBMS, and reporting applications. * Strong business-acumen and understanding of key financial & operational Key Performance Indicators. * Strong negotiating, listening and outstanding interpersonal skills. * Understands the value of diversity in the workplace and is dedicated to fostering an inclusive culture in all aspects of working life so that people from all backgrounds receive equal treatment, realize their full potential and can bring their full, authentic selves to work Job: Software Development / Engineering* *Title: *DRM/ Hyperion Developer-AVP #184155 Location: India-Pune-Pune Requisition ID: 184155
