Your field of responsibility
Credit Suisse is looking for a highly motivated, high-performing professional to join the IT Global Site Strategy and Delivery (IT GSS&D) team in Pune. The candidate would support the manage and implement the transformation programs in IT GSS&D. Responsibilities include:

• Manage various projects and programs in the global IT transformation space

• Create program/project charters, define objectives, governance, and success criteria, obtain signoff from departments, and perform other actions required for the success of the projects/programs

• Collaborate with senior partners such as IT Divisional Leads and Global COOs across the bank to ensure their support in achieving goals defined in project and program charters

• Monitoring and reporting on project progress, metrics, providing status reporting regarding project achievements, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues

• Defining success criteria, monitor, track, and control outcomes throughout the project lifecycle

• Partner management, communications to IT leadership and keeping the working group members engaged. Driving and participating in steering committees

• Enable and support the IT human capital agenda across India, Poland and Raleigh including fostering culture, talent, and diversity

Your skills and experience
We are looking for a successful candidate who:

• Has 8+ – 12 years of experience in Project management role typically in transformation projects. Experience in organizational transformations is highly preferred
• Is proficient in analyzing data. Should be comfortable with intermediate excel features such as ability to use pivots and slicers
• Is adept at data presentation – preparing power points and decks for senior management
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for mass communication at site level
• Has People Management Skills, ability to influence in a matrix environment without direct authority
• Demonstrate positive approach, flexibility, reliability, diplomacy, and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• A basic understanding of the IT organizations and latest IT trends, tools & technology is advantageous
