Roles & responsibilities:

Calling cancer patients and guiding them on cancer care and ZenOnco.io’s offerings that can help them in their treatment journey

Explaining benefits of ZenOnco.io’s offerings to patients

Collect medical data from patients and forward to internal team for onward processing

*
Ensure strong follow-ups with patients to ensure that they go for the service

Manage patient relations and ensure thorough and timely resolution of patient issues and concerns

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
