As a part of role, your responsibilities include: Key Functional Responsibilities: • Preparing Saving PnL summary, basis on targets announced by ExB/BoD and also Expenses Analysis report by division and by account line. • Preparing list of one-off items like Restructuring, litigation expenses, real estate gains and Goodwill impairment etc. to be excluded from the Savings calculations and preparing walk for adjusted PTI. • Monthly, quarterly, and yearly variance analysis, trend analysis by division, by account line including commentary. • Proactively communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze information needs and functional requirements • Provide comparison summary for Actual vs. Budget vs. Forecast for direct and allocated expenses. • FX Modelling – Preparing Currency mix analysis, FX Neutral and FX Constant summary by month including prior period • As a part of change management, redesign the report to meet the new management requirements at short notice • Performing comprehensive review of the weekly report before the reporting start producing the report and providing analysis on key weekly movement of weekly reports • Proactively manage changes to wrong/late submissions so as the Weekly deliverables do not get impacted. Additional Responsibilities • Maintain, update, and improve Group System through constant process reviews and regular discussions with IT support teams to identify technological capabilities and its optimum use to reduce manual interventions • Signing off the GLASS balances • Performing reconciling for legal entities between Essbase Global and HFM by account lines.
