Responsibilities

We are looking for highly motivated and self-driven individuals who are passionate of developing high performance, low latency, infinitely scalable, complex frameworks/libraries/experiences covering Cosmos DB distributed protocols, to be used by customers across the globe in business critical workloads. These workloads capture the needs of the hobbyist developer to the Fortune 500 companies. This job requires a broad set of developer and program management skills.

We are looking for experienced software engineers with:

• Entrepreneurial spirit- Self-starter, execute, finish and own the feature, accountable while maintaining a very high quality bar

• Strong problem-solving. design and troubleshooting skills, with a bias for designing at scale with high quality.

• Able to analyze and clearly articulate complex issues/abstractions and technologies understandably.

• Willingness to learn and cooperate with team and ability to work independently.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering or Mathematics or Physics or IT related technical discipline or in place of 5+ years of internship or 5+ years of industry software engineering experience

• 3+ years of programming experience .NET, JAVA, Node, JavaScript or Python

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong design, implementation, testing and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with high performance open-source tools and frameworks

• Familiarity with multi-threading, synchronous and asynchronous programming

• Hands-on experience at shipping a large scale, commercial, online-software solutions.
