Job Description:
Assessing potential risks, materials and costs
Conducting on-site investigations and analyzing data
Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies
Handle over the resulting structures and services for use
Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials
Work on the estimate of projects Skill(s) required
Analyze configurations of the basic components of a structure, Material take off from the drawings.
Execution of the construction activities to ensure that the developments are in par with the approved drawings
Maintain day to day record of work progress at site and maintain all documents as required.
Communicate ideas clearly and effectively
