About the jobWe are looking for candidates who have Fine Arts or other design backgrounds.The ideal candidate must have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work that demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. He/she must have experience in working with different design platforms, such as digital and print forms.Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
• Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print, and digital media
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape, and market trends
• Design and create high quality compelling Images for Social Media, Website and Ads
• Design and create video content using motion graphics
• Designing and creating storyboards as and where required.
• Files collection and syncing audio and video files
• Creating Motion Graphic in Adobe After Effects
• Edit graphics in Photoshop and Illustrator
• Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone)
• Maintain and follow best practices for versioning control, naming convention, and organization of graphic files.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines and design standards.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the latest graphic design techniques.
• Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics.
• Participate in a brainstorming session to share new design perspectives and ideas.

Skills:

• Animation knowledge is a must
• Comfortable meeting deadlines and multi-tasking
• Hungry to learn and grow and comfortable working in a team
• Ability to follow the storyboard and design accurately

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or Fine Art
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design
• Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, Coral Draw, and After Effects
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills
