We are seeking for a proven performer to help us grow our customer base globally. This is a role for someone who is a hunter and eager for new business success. Responsibilities includes bring new clients, generating new business in new accounts and expanding the footprint globally, as well as playing a key role as you drive strategic CRM initiatives for companies. This is a role for someone who can see the value of Artificial Intelligence and who can be a combination of a salesperson and evangelist to get our product into the sector growing even more. You will be responsible for end-to-end client engagement. On top of your own business development, we provide a range of support functions to help create and drive opportunities from internal team.

Responsibilities

• Developing and being a great partner within our General Business segment focusing on customers in USA and globally.
• Build relationships that allow you to understand our customers, build strategic goals and align or create a comprehensive account plan.
• Forecast sales activity, customer engagement and revenue achievement.
• Demonstrating our product via virtual call to global prospects.
• Become an expert of our platform
• Onboarding and proactively checking the functioning of the product to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Serve client support needs and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Content writing for customer engagement.

What you need to bring to the table:

• Are you a Graduate / PG with 0-2 years (fresher / experience) in an Enterprise account executive role?
• Strong computer skills, including CRM, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
• Ability to work in a fast pace, team environment.
• Articulate – you have strong interpersonal skills and can communicate effectively
• Organized – you use and create systems to stay on top of your responsibilities
• Passionate – you are excited about technology, software, and how it helps businesses succeed
• Technical – you understand how software gets built
• Empathetic – you genuinely care about people and want to find ways to help them
