Who are we looking for?

• Looking for analytical, smart, and passionate individuals, raring to make an impact, to be part of the Growth Team at Crio.Do
• 1-2 years of total work experience. Good to have around 1+ years of experience in a dynamic and high-growth startup-like environment
• Should be comfortable with handling data and reports with the right tools. Good to have a solid understanding of Excel/Google Sheets
• Should have the ability to think on problems independently to bring in the right solutions via product/process modifications

What will you do?

• You will be responsible for understanding business goals, defining the business process, identifying metrics, tracking and reporting.
• You will be responsible for coming up with a roadmap of initiatives and its execution to improve the business processes with product/operational modifications.
• You will be required to coordinate with product/business teams to improve current processes involving internal tools, databases, visualization tools, CRM tools, telephony softwares, etc.
• You will also be required to independently research both with users and internal teams to identify any gaps in current operational processes and plan and execute items to improve operational efficiency.
• While doing all of the above, you will be exposed to a wide range of domains ranging across growth, product management, finance, marketing, operations and engineering a truly full stack individual 🙂

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹500,000.00 – ₹800,000.00 per year
