JOB PROFILE

Role & Responsibilities:

Working along senior management, Analyst/Associate are responsible for the production and development of client reports and deliverables. As an Analyst/Associate you will have access to all the latest research in the banking industry to help create insights that are presented to clients.

Your primary day to day responsibilities would be:

• Provide support for senior team members in the setup, preparation, and validation of client reports, analytics and deliverables leveraging Coalition Greenwich’s proprietary Database application.
• Work with Research Managers and other team members to support the development of data-based consulting programs
• Create custom reports to help identify and quantify new Business opportunities, strength and weakness of key competitors.
• Review, edit, and analyse written market commentary.
• Structure the survey responses/revenue submissions and draw trends out of fragmented and inconsistent data.
• Learn to become an analyst evaluating industry trends, competitive dynamics, and bank trends against competitive benchmarks
• Proactively organize, track, and report status on team-wide tasks and initiatives
• Become an expert on data products, reports, and processes in order to respond to client queries received based on primary or secondary research data

Qualifications/Experience:

The successful candidate will have to demonstrate the following skills, experience and attributes likely to have been gained over two to five years relevant experience:

• MBA or post graduate degree in finance, business management, statistics, economics or similar analytical fields.
• Professional certifications like CFA, PRM, FRM, etc. would be an added advantage
• Work experience or demonstrated past internship experience in Financial Services, consulting, project management, or data analytics
• Passion to learn about the Investment banking industry
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Distinctive competence in quantitative and problem solving skills
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in writing macros will be an added advantage

• Strong desire to learn about financial services, digital transformation, and/or strategic consulting
• Inquisitive and analytical nature
• Effective interpersonal communication skills
• Desire to work in a team environment
