• MBA preferred
• Salary Offered: 5 L – 8L PA
• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience at a level of ASM / RSM of consumer good organization (FMCG /small electronics/foot ware/stationery goods etc.)
• Have hands-on experience in managing distribution network
• Have very good command over excel
• Have very good command over verbal English
• Have very good command over data analytics

Key Responsibilities

• Drives sales growth and market share with strong product/consumer analytics
• Managing products on all OFFLINE SALES VERTICLES
• Managing top line bottom-line sales numbers and complete PL portfolio for the region
• Developing sales marketing strategies and procurement of vendor services while ensuring end to end Sales development
• Keeping update with the latest launch in the category and Doing R&D thoroughly for bringing the new products in
• Checking availability of the competitive products and comparing the price and quality
• Planning new Range with No. of SKUs/ pricing / inventory /Timelines/ PL statement
• Will responsible for new product search and increasing the no. of SKUs in the particular area
• Follow up with the support team for getting products live and checking if products are live with the proper description or not
• Preparing Deals and promotion of the products and arranging all the artwork needed for the same
• Manage clearance pricing strategy
