• Welcoming, assisting and directing handlers and owners appropriately. Ensuring that clients are not made to wait for more than 10 minutes at the reception.

• Answering all phone calls and encouraging callers to schedule an appointment.

• All consultations are classified as either complete, or on-going, in the case of the later must ensure that a follow up appointment has been booked with the appropriate vet.

• Looking at the types of appointment and scheduling the time slot accordingly.

• Ensuring that doctors receive the relevant messages.

• Maintaining a missed call log and follow up on next appointments.

• Maintaining a call history of all calls received.

• Placing of confirmation calls to the clients one day prior to the appointment date.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹22,000.00 – ₹28,000.00 per month
