Designation : Accession Executive

Job Description :

1. Accession/Data Entry of all client samples, this includes ensuring all tests ordered are entered into the LIS, work log, and required spread sheets.

2. Accessions client samples like match the air way bill number with shipment received

3. Assists in investigating temperature monitoring system alarms and formally acknowledging alarms.

4. Assists in maintenance of equipment maintenance logs, maintenance logs, and calibration logs.

5. Assists in sample management processes including sample storage, sample retrieval, off-site shipment and inventory.

6. Check the specimens received with the Test Requisition form and assists in receipt, recording and verification of patient samples with barcode generation.

7. Complete any other work / responsibility given by seniors

8. Receives, unpacks and inspects samples as per laboratory protocols.

9. Responsible for maintaining proper documentation of specimen handling, labelling and preparation of worksheets.

10. Responsible for maintaining specimen identification and integrity throughout all processes within sample management.

11. Reviews sample management paperwork.

12. Routes samples into the appropriate workflow and ensure downstream staffs are alerted to sample availability.

13. Troubleshoot requests and samples that have been received with incomplete information.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
