Plant Finance Support

Description

Assists with preparation of basic financial analyses and reports for management. Supports the annual budget and forecasting processes. Performs activities under direct supervision.

Assists with monthly close activities.

Assists with preparation of tables, charts and other exhibits for financial reports.

Assists with analyzing basic financial data to support departmental forecasts and budgets.

Prepares basic reporting for management under direct supervision.

Supports other daily financial processes for basic transactions required for purchase requisitions, invoice reconciliation, supplier payments, requests for checks and questions concerning monthly budget data.

Participates in special projects as assigned.

Performs ad hoc reporting requests as needed.

Education, Licenses, Certifications

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

Experience

Minimal or no work experience required.

This Role requires travel across both CTT Plants.

Good communication skill (verbal and written) to execute communication plan.

Stakeholder Management- Identifies, engages and manages stakeholders on a project or groups of projects.

Cross-Functional Knowledge – Understands the basic high-level tasks for each functional area on a project.

Computer skills, proficient with MS Office.
