We’re scaling up our member experience team and are looking for someone who can manage the tech stack for the MEx team here at cure.fit.

What will you do as a part of the team?

You’ll be the custodian of tech tools and automations for the MEx team. Your mission is – Digital transformation! From the lens of members, agents and the company P&L. You’ll also be working very closely with the techies, product masterminds, finance analysts and data scientists on a daily basis.

• Understands customer experience as a function and deep love for technology
• Comes with a data-driven mindset and are best buddies with MS Office, data tools
• Is not scared of tools like Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshworks, Sprinklr, etc
• Loves building automations and leveraging tech platforms, AI, MLs and logic, to reduce member efforts in getting help and agent efforts while helping them
• Has a learner’s mindset and adapts well to a fast-paced growth ecosystem

Your responsibilities will include:

• End-to-end ownership of MEx tech stack – budget, scoping, planning and scaling
• Manage support ticket creation, rule and role based assignments and other matric-based implementations
• Create periodic automated and manual reports and bring in analysis to track and improve operational efficiency
• Work closely with the engineering, product, data science and other operational stakeholders to build and improve automated workflows
• Focus on reducing redundant influx through improved ticketing solutions, suggested product and UI changes
• Create BRDs, flowcharts and documentation on business requirements and implement them through effective time and stakeholder management
