Role Details:

This role will require the city head to own end delivery with high consistency across:

Business metrics –

1. city P&L vs. plan
2. city level growth initiatives including new supply & same center growth over short term, and new growth supply/channels/opportunities over medium term
3. city level expenses
4. city level forecasting and delivery to plan

Operations & Quality

1. process adherence, ops SLAs
2. audit scores
3. new process rollout and stabilization

Customer metrics – NPS across supply types including identifying city level improvement opportunities and implementation over medium term

Partner metrics – Partner profitability & scale up

Employee metrics

1. productivity
2. happiness
3. hiring, training and attrition

City insights – generating and sharing city insights, converting insights into city strategy

The role will require deep partnering across various stakeholders in the central team (business, experience, ops, marketing, expansion, finance, etc.) and management of direct city teams (city ops, city sales, city hr, city bizfin, etc.).

Key metrics the owner is responsible for include:

• GMV
• Cost
• Supply, supply productivity & partner profitability
• CM supply, productivity & happiness
• Quality
• NPS

The role would cover all supply types across 1P, 2P and 3P, and centers across gyms and group workouts to start with.
