About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Blinkit Customer Service team. The role involves handling customer queries, providing solutions, and ensuring a seamless service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via calls, chat, or email in a professional and timely manner.
Resolve issues related to orders, payments, delivery, or product-related concerns.
Requirements:
HSC / Graduate in any stream.
0–2 years of experience in customer service (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first attitude.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational week offs.
Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
