Cvent Hiring for Account Strategist Associate, Hospitality Cloud at Gurgaon Full Time

We have openings for an Account Strategist Associate, Hospitality Cloud position. This individual will support, develop, and execute key business operations initiatives within the Hospitality Cloud sales team, the Cvent business unit responsible for selling our Supplier & Venue Solutions portfolio. What You Will Be Doing

• Assisting with communicating customer queries & requests regarding usernames & portfolio and property reflags, coordinating with both sales and customer support to deliver solution
• Analyse & report on the performance of price integrity adherence & highlight areas of concern & improvement
• Analyse & report on product usage reporting for properties & portfolios to improve overall customer satisfaction & experience
• Help investigate & resolve Salesforce duplicate records as well as task & lead routing challenges
• Support with adherence of turnaround times & accuracy for implementation of new & recurring sales, coordinating internally with accountable implementation teams
• Assist with CVII advertising inventory & reservation management requests
• Internal coordination with Sales & Finance teams for billing & contract related issues & queries
• Responsible for providing 180-degree feedback on streamlining & automation of existing processes
• Create & maintain exhaustive process documentation across multiple sales functions
• Proactively update & maintain internal Strategic Account Teams documentation inclusive of annual account plans and Wiki resources
• Assist with creation of supporting materials for internal presentations for Cvent Leadership and customer facing state of the union/quarterly business reviews

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelors degree
• 1-3 years’ work experience
• Exceptional ability to compile, analyze and present data, findings, and progress in a concise manner
• Advanced command of MS Excel; proficient in other Microsoft Office suite of products
• Effective communication (i.e., written, verbal and presentation)
• Collaborative, team player with positive attitude and creative problem-solving mindset
• Strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of sales systems and processes
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, and often ambiguous, results-oriented atmosphere
• Must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamically changing environment
