Cvent Hiring for Client Services, Escalation Desk at Gurgaon Full Time

What You Will Be Doing:

• Understand and align with customer’s ask to help them achieve desired outcomes

• Serve as the primary contact of contact for clients regarding ongoing queries and concerns

• Work with internal teams (Tech / Account team) to maintain open communication with the client

• Responsible for driving first case resolution with positive results, and proactive communication and ensuring the deliverable is met within the stipulated time frame

• Provide suggestions to help client meet their goals

• Create and maintain all product documentation

• Assist Product Team on establishing product development priorities (as the voice of the client), QA testing of new features, and system enhancements, and providing use case scenarios

What You Will Need for this Position:

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

• Graduate with strong analytical and logical skills

• Experience in US Customer Service is a must

• Preference would be given to candidates who have prior experience of having travelled, studied or worked abroad

• Strong business acumen, ethics and high integrity

• High comfort level in using online software products

• Must be articulate, organized, detail-oriented and have ability to multi-task

• Quick learner, with a positive attitude and ability to work well within a team

• Candidates should be ready to work night shifts

• Knowledge of Cvent Event Registration Product (preferred not required)
