• Sheet Metal Cutting Process Knowledge & Experience, Laser Nesting & Programming experience, Press Brake Bending Programming and experience. Knowledge of SAP, Lantek, Radan software package will be an added advantage.
• Workflow processing – Manufacturing sequence of events, work center selection, drawing review, tolerance review, update notes in spreadsheet
• Laser Nesting – Daily ongoing nesting support, Phantom clearance, Hot nest support on urgent basis
• Laser Programming – Latest rev. part download, DXF creation, geometry cleanup, orientation & selection of technology. Calculate time standards and update details into sheet
• Bend Programming – Study & follow existing program, create program as per standards, calculate time standards, update details into sheet
• SAP Keypunching – Projects – MIS, MASA & JIGS. Routings and BOM creation. Short texts, control keys rules. Update delivery to requester
• T1XML – Standards – Every work flow parts processed. Single part nest creation and run T1XML tool to get standards.
• Paint parts processing – Paint part processing time standards calculation and update in sheet
