Roles and Responsibilities:
Perform full-cycle recruitment for open positions: Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, coordinating hiring process, Offer negotiation, etc.
Provide an overall outstanding candidate experience, from initial introduction to on boarding;
Will be hiring for both IT and Non-IT Positions.
Should be able to handle Entry Level / Lateral and Bulk Hiring.
Be a Value Talent Partner to the clients, maintain good client relationship;
Your job would involve working closely with the HR team and hiring managers of clients on a regular basis
Constantly work on improvement of the hiring process;
Develop and maintain a continually stocked pipeline of quality talent through various methods.
Continuously engage in Social Hiring using official Social media platforms

Required Candidate Profile:
Any Graduates, willing to work in the HR domain.
MBA/MSW specializing in HR preferred

Excellent communication skills & Good interpersonal skills.
Multilingual ability is an added advantage.
Ability to adapt to New Technologies and source from multiple portals.
People management skills are required.
