We are into Medical equipment and consumables business and need Purchase assistant for our Kochi branch.Education: – Any GraduateExperience: – Mini. 3years experience in Purchase departmentSkills requirement: Excellent Communication (Written and Verbal), negotiation skills, office software and internet savvyLanguage proficiency: Hindi, English, Malayalam. Multi-language proficiency will be preferred:1 Vendor Management: – Search, appoint, manage transactions with Vendors2. Issue orders and complete purchase transactions3. Timely Database entry and Prepare Purchase reports. Records should be up-to-date4. Market research for better Vendor database creation5. Prompt completion of delivery schedules of purchases6. Review vendor performances timely and quality of goods for future transaction7. Monitor Mini. Stock levels for purchase planning8. Coordinate with Warehouse staff for proper storage of purchases9.
