Were looking for a talented and driven Graphic Designer to help us build India’s best visual puzzle games. This role focuses on creating compelling, visually rich images using AI tools (like MidJourney), and editing them creatively to develop daily “Find the Differences” puzzle content. Your work will directly shape the visual identity of our games and engage millions of users across the Dainik Bhaskar digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Image Creation & Editing :
• Use GenAI tools (like MidJourney/Sora) to generate high-quality, India-centric artwork across themes like culture, festivals, street life, and more.
• Design and edit image pairs to create subtle, fun, and meaningful visual differences that form the core of our puzzle gameplay.
• Ensure clarity and accuracy in visuals to make gameplay intuitive and rewarding.
• Visual Style Ownership :
• Maintain a consistent, high-quality visual standard across puzzles.
• Collaborate with content and product teams to refine our visual direction and explore new art styles suitable for gameplay.
• Adapt visual tone based on theme (e.g. playful, traditional, modern, aspirational) while staying on-brand.
• Workflow & Collaboration :
• Work with the game designers and content team to translate daily puzzle ideas into visuals efficiently.
• Stay ahead of the content calendar by building a robust pool of edited puzzles.
• Organize visual assets and maintain documentation for image sources, references, and style consistency.

Key Qualifications

• 24 years of experience in graphic design, illustration, or game art.
• Strong command of Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
• Strong command of AI image generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, Sora, DALLE)
• Strong visual sense layout, color, detail, style especially for mobile-first games.

Bonus

• Experience designing for casual/puzzle games or visual content in Hindi/Indian contexts.
