Job Description: HR and Administration Manager with 6 Years of Experience
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced HR and Administration Manager with a minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience to lead our human resources and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, employee relations, and office administration with excellent communication skills. They will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization by overseeing HR processes, fostering a positive work environment, and managing administrative activities.
Responsibilities:
1. Human Resources:
Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding.
Conduct regular training sessions on HR policies, workplace ethics, and compliance.
Handle employee relations, address grievances, and mediate conflicts to maintain a harmonious work environment.
Monitor employee satisfaction and engagement, and implement initiatives to enhance employee morale.
Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitive and equitable packages.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve HR processes.
2. Administration:
Supervise the administrative team, including receptionists, office assistants, and support staff.
Coordinate office operations, including facility management, maintenance, and supplies procurement.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and manage emergency preparedness procedures.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for services, supplies, and equipment.
Handle travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics for employees as required.
Maintain and update company records, documents, and databases in an organized manner.
Streamline administrative processes to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications:
MBA- Human Resource.
Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in HR management and administration.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective employee interaction.
Proven ability to lead and manage a team, fostering a positive and productive atmosphere.
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and MS Office Suite.
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions independently.
