Role: Administrative AssistantGender: Female.Working Time: 9:30 to 5:00 PMLocation from: Olavakkode, Palakkad,Mundoor,AkathetharaEducation Qualification: B.Com( Fresher , Passed or Failed)Job Responsibilities: (1) Daily cleaning of office premises (inside).(2) Responsible for record keeping both in hard copies and soft copies.(3) Responsible for handling entire Gold loan and EMI Loans.(4) Responsible to generate Daily, Monthly and Yearly report.(5) Responsible to handle all phone calls and emails respectively.(6) Maintain Petty cash and generate report daily.(7) Responsible for printing and stationary items purchase and inventory management also.(8) Different license renewal date monitoring and should report to the corresponding point(9) Legal documents preparation.(10) Coordinate with corresponding point for Chitty Auction procedure.(11) Quarterly and annual accounts preparation for both gold loan and Chitty.(12) Should call all customers to remind there loan dues before the maturity date.(13) Taking care of chit Minutes and report to corresponding authorities.(14) Responsible for all account related entries (Chits and Finance).Fresher’s need to be applied ( Passed or Failed), English knowledge is must and training will be provided to the right candidates.
