Danfoss is looking for a professional who can support and act independent towards his/her Logistics operations on day to day basis.

Job Responsibilities

• Manages Overall Imports, Customs Clearance Operations for Danfoss Industries
• Manages On Time Delivery Performance for Import Shipments – Lane Wise Analysis, Segment Data
• Compilation of Monthly Reports, Adhoc reports and Maintenance of Imports Master
• Insurance Governance – Survey, Intimation Letters, Follow-up and Liaise with Stakeholders for Insurance settlement
• Vendor Bills Processing (per MRS and Other Adhoc Comparative Quotes), Freight Spend Reports and Analysis
• Co-ordinate with Finance on closure of IDPMS Data
• Resolve Pendency on Amendments with Customs (Courier and Cargo)
• Maintenance of Records (Physical and Electronic Forms)
• Deficiency memo’s, Show Cause Notices, Response to Customs
• Tracker Tool Updations and their Enhancements Implementation
• Customs Compliance Activities on Tariff Master Maintenance, Tariff verification and Compliance Tracker (Operational)
