SAP Coordinator will have to assist the Engineering team to create the SAP Materials and manage changes, Manage BOM, Documentation associated with products, Manage Complexity reduction and create MIS

Job Responsibilities

• Handle Material, Document, BOM, Engineering Change note Management.
• Cross functional team communication and Material master Maintenance.
• Engineering Change control documentation maintenance.
• Buyer, Supplier communication globally on Changes/updates to parts.
• Weekly & Monthly reporting/ MIS on ECN status, Material master updates
• Upload/Update CAD/ SAP documentation – Support activity for Engineers.
• Create & manage Product labels and Packing.
• Global part code management
• Propose Changes, Support correction of documentation.
• Upload, Delete/Edit revision, Release approved documents
• Preparation, Review and maintain documents. Review metrics with Engg. Manager
• Optimize Design, manufacturing process minimize waste using change control process
• Propose Kaizen activity, obtain approvals and lead implementation
• Review and propose modification / change process/ layout/ sequence.
• Initiate change control, lead implementation
• Create, Review documentation. Obtain Approvals where necessary
• Creation, review and verification of document Obtain approvals where necessary

Background & Skills

• should be proficient in SAP MM Management, Planning & organizing
• Should be a strong communicator
• Should have knowledge on Labels & Packing details management
• Should focus on continuous improvement & developing relationships
