DareCompete Hiring for Associate Operations at New Delhi Full Time

Dare2Compete is looking for an Operations Associate who can be the liaison between the Operations team and the users. They will be responsible for resolving the user’s issues and requests in a timely manner. Prioritize, organize, and execute solutions to said issues and requests.

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Make recommendations for business performance improvement
• Cooperate with different departments to improve business operations
• Communicate with the team to develop strategic operations goals
• Monitor website performance and recommend ways to improve the user journey on the website
• Proofread, edit and publish opportunities submitted by organizers and ensure that they have sufficient information for the users
• Collaborate with the Operations team to maintain a healthy delivery pipeline and ensure timely delivery of client requirements within the agreed SLA
• Resolve any issues faced by the users, ensure redressal for complaints within the shortest span of time
• Liaise between the user and internal teams. Interact and coordinate with all departments working on the same account
• Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with users

Requirement:

• Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹360,000.00 per year
