The Job

We are looking for talented and enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to expand our existing Customer Service and Support team. As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will act as a support function to our customer facing team by resolving any emerging problems that our customer service team might face whilst resolving customer queries.

About You

Minimum 2 years of experience in providing customer service to the UK customers

Excellent communication skills – verbal and written

Ability to work under pressure, be self-driven, proactive, and solution-focused

Ability to process customers orders and accurately updating internal databases.

Expertise in handling and processing of payment disputes, refunds and chargebacks.

Dealing with claims and reimbursements with couriers and e-commerce marketplaces.

To liaise with internal teams and provide help and support in different areas of operations.
