Education: BE / BTECH / MCA / Any Degree in IT
Experience: 5+ Years
Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Mumbai Job Requirements:

• Over 5 years of QE experience
• Have led QE teams for over 1 year
• Experience in automation testing and AWS cloud-based application testing would be an added advantage

Role and responsibilities definition:

• Requirement’s analysis
• Formulate and execute test plans and report results
• Writing manual test cases (in Visual Studio)
• Managing manual and automated test cases
• Perform functional/non-functional, manual/automated testing
• Consolidating and analyzing test results
• Test planning and strategizing using scientific approach
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Has a consistent track record of keeping on top of the latest testing techniques
• Demonstration ability to explain the QA cycle and process from end-to-end
• Can plan a test effort effectively, translating into excellent client facing/internal Test Plans
• Understand where to use automation, and use test automation when needed
• Demonstrates the ability to write test cases that translate into functional automation scripts
• Top notch bug finding skills, writes high quality bug reports that often result in solid fixes from development
• Demonstrates ability to relay past experience and adapt to new technologies quickly
• Ability to design a logical Test Case Framework
• Ability to manage multiple QA and QA maintenance projects simultaneously
• Ability to lead 3-5 testers
• Ability to provide superior internal and external customer service by ensuring customers have required information on a timely basis
• Ability chair meetings and is proactive in sitting down with development lead(s)/PMs when there are quality risks
• Ability to coordinate with Client during UAT/Support with minimum supervision
• Understands how to use process to their advantage
• Understands how to make the data from testing “tell the story” about the current quality of the solution/application
• Ability to work in a goal-based performance tracking environment
• Has excellent communication skills and has a track record of supporting the client in both support and UAT role
