Operation manager

Location : Ranchi.

Responsibilities:

Candidates from pharma industry are preferable

Immediate joiners are welcome

Manage day to day operations of the warehouse.

Procure material as per the inventory levels in the warehouse.

Maintain protocols and adherence in the warehouse.

Improve TAT for overall transactions happening in warehouse.

Coordinate and monitor the receipt, order, assembly and dispatch of goods

Onboard companies and clients including documentation required while onboarding activity.

Train and monitor staff performance.

Implement strategic initiatives taken by head office.

Oversee maintenance activities coming under warehouse operations.

Ensure accurate data entry and stock as per the system.

Liaise with customers, suppliers and transport companies.

Requirements

Desired candidate should have 3-5 years experience in warehouse management. Should have exposure to process implementation.

Expert in MS Office.
