This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our daycare facility, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing staff, coordinating activities and programs, and communicating with parents.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to work effectively with children, staff, and parents. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards while promoting the overall development and well-being of children under your care.
