Key Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper accounts books are maintained.
• Ensure daily book reconciliation are maintained.
• Day to Day utilization & Bank Position Reporting, Day to Day monitoring of requirements of funds to manage payables.

• Preparation of month on month MIS for profitability along with the different reports as demanded by the management.

• Income Tax Finalization, GST Return, Assessment Proceedings, Audits, TDS Return Filing, Income Tax Assessments, Accounts Finalization.
• Payroll Maintenance
• Cash Management, Expenses Voucher Preparation.
• Leading a team of Accountants with overall control of all Accounting Functions to ensure that work gets completed within the designed time frame.

• Balance Sheet
• Timely payment of all statutory dues i.e TDS, GST, PF and ESIC.
• Coordination with internal auditor and external auditor.
• Ensure that all the returns are filed on time to time.

• Day to day banking works
