Salary : Best in industry.Assist in daily routine operations eg. arrange courier services, handle phone calls (screening and forwarding incoming calls) and taking messages and enquiries. Handle incoming and outgoing courier documents, mails and daily collection incoming calls . Provide HR administrative support Support the operationals day-to-day activities such as • Prepare delivery order, invoice and other relevant documents. • Provide administration support to Sales and Operations Department Maintain and update central filing systems, archive documents and handle document storage for Operationals, Finance and HR department. Assist Finance Department in data entry duties eg posting of supplies invoices and assist in weekly reporting on cash book and bank reconciliation Assist in month end closing, such as sales, order bank, GST quarterly reporting and expenses analysis.
