In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank’s operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Job Purpose

Monitoring and Processing of Trade finance imports transactions as per Internal process and strictly adhering to the External & Regulatory Guidelines.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Monitoring and Processing of Trade finance transactions
• Lodgement of import collection and acceptances.
• Strengthen relations with the various stake holders and the client facing branches to resolve all queries and issues promptly.
• Lodgement of import bill under LC and acceptances

Required Experience

• Should be having capabilities to effectively handle all types of customer complaints, enquiries Queries.
• Should know the RBI regulations for basic scrutiny
• Should know all import payments Making with accuracy
• Should handle nostro and murex Recon entries

Education / Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate

Core Competencies

• Strategizing and Problem-solving skills
• Thorough Knowledge on FEMA, managed trade finance operations with minimum experience of 1-2 years.
• Knowledge of UCP 600, ISPB, URDG

Technical Competencies

• Good knowledge on Microsoft applications
• Overview of systems used in Trade operations
• Functional Knowledge in handling SWIFTs

• Excellent communication skills
