Job Description:
We are having an urgent opening for the position of Executive Assistant- Finance for a Real Estate Company at the Bandra Mumbai location.

Job Description:
Import LC’s documentation; and Payments;
Export LC’s and bills handling.
Bank guarantee details.
Co-ordination with credit rating agencies, banks,financial institutions.
Referring of sanction letters of banks, financial institutions.
Executing of loan documents.
Opening and closing bank accounts as per requirement.
Assisting in channel finance and vendor finance.
Basic knowledge of letter of credit.
Calculating interest and bank charges.
Making Payments/fund transfers to vendors/inter company/inter bank through cheques RTGS.
Engaged with IT department for setting up of system of various routine accounting work and reports to be developed in software.
