We have an urgent opening for the position of Executive Sales Coordinator for a Reputed Company for Mahape, Navi-Mumbai location.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service orientation.
• Introducing the company to the customers over a video call.
• Presenting data as per the script to customers over a video call.
• Need very efficient explaining skills.
• To identify potential customers, and create new business opportunities.
• Post-sales mail communication to clients.
• Order and Payment follow-up.
• Email marketing.
• Generate New Enquiries & sending introduction letters, Quotations to Clients.
• Maintain Inward & Outward Record.
• Coordinate with the Logistics team for dispatch.
• To ensure the best after-sales support to customers.
• Able to maintain a high level of integrity in handling confidential information.
