Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Manage and motivate the sales team to ensure they achieve their sales targets and provide excellent customer service..
• Create and maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration..
• Analyse sales data and use it to identify opportunities for growth and improvement..
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction throughout the sales process..
• Oversee the sales process from start to finish, including negotiation, financing, and delivery of the vehicle..
• Ensure that all sales documentation is accurate and complete.

Requirements:

• Experience as sales manager in the automotive industry.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, & interpersonal skills and Strong organizational & time management skills.
• Ability to analyse sales data and use it to make informed decisions.
