Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Mohali district. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales activities, developing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, meeting sales targets, and building strong customer relationships, Almost 20 Team members needs to be handle, Tricity & Yamunanagar & Ambala needs to be takecare, Direct & DSA and Branch business needs to be takecare by Candidate.
Qualifications
- Sales Management, Sales Strategy, and Team Management skills
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of banking products and services
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Almost 10 yr experience in sales and Mortgage.
