Key responsibilities & Deliverables:

• Produce innovative visual ideas for advertising campaigns across all kinds of media.

• Be responsible for developing the campaign from the concept stage.

• Produce storyboards and roughs to communicate the idea to clients.

• Understand the target audience and business that the advert is aimed at.

• Translate offline ideas to digital.

• Adapt ideas according to feedback from clients and agency teams.

• Maintain a high level of quality with short turnaround times.

Essentials:

• 6+ years of experience in design. (Preferably in digital ecosystem)

• Experience with creative ideation, art direction, social media campaigns, animation.

• Experience leading a team of 3-4 members.

• Bachelor/Master of Fine Arts.

• Strategic and creative thinking.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
